Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter or sunflower seed butter for nut-free
  • 2-3 tbsp honey reduce for lower sugar, or sub mashed banana
  • 2 tbsp mini dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds optional, adds fiber and omega-3s
  • 1 pinch cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix until fully combined and slightly sticky.
  • Using slightly damp hands, roll the mixture into small, bite-sized balls (about 1 inch).
  • Place the balls on a plate or tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to firm up.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
