1 air frayer 320°F capacity, basket-style
1 Oven-safe Ramekin Or small jar must be air fryer safe
1 Mixing bowl For combining oats, yogurt, and add-ins
1 Measuring Cups For oats, yogurt, and milk
1 Measuring Spoons For chia seeds, peanut butter, cinnamon
1 Whisk or Spoon For mixing and beating the optional egg
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup Greek yogurt plain, full-fat or 2%
- 1/2 cup milk dairy or high-protein soy milk
- 1/2 scoop protein powder vanilla whey or casein
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 egg optional, beaten in before air frying
- berries for topping
- banana slices for topping
- granola for topping, added fresh — not overnight
In an oven-and-air-fryer-safe ramekin or small jar, combine the rolled oats, Greek yogurt, milk, protein powder, chia seeds, and cinnamon. Stir until fully combined.
Cover and place in the fridge for at least 6-8 hours, or overnight, so the oats soften and absorb the liquid.
In the morning, swirl in the peanut butter and, if using, the beaten egg for a custardier, higher-protein finish.
Place the ramekin in the air fryer basket and cook at 320°F (160°C) for 8-10 minutes, until the top is set and lightly golden.
Let it sit for 2 minutes to cool slightly, then top with berries, banana slices, or granola before serving.
