Ingredients
  

  • 4 peaches ripe, sliced
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon divided
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 1 tbsp walnuts chopped
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Arrange the sliced peaches in a small baking dish and drizzle with honey and half the cinnamon.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the oats, remaining cinnamon, melted coconut oil, walnuts, and sea salt until crumbly.
  • Sprinkle the oat mixture evenly over the peaches.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the peaches are bubbling and the topping is golden.
  • Let cool for 5 minutes before serving warm.
