Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium ripe peaches, sliced fresh, frozen and thawed, or canned in juice, drained
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup optional
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil or butter melted
  • 1 tbsp walnuts or almonds, chopped
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Toss sliced peaches with cinnamon and lemon juice, then spread evenly in a small baking dish.
  • In a separate bowl, mix rolled oats, almond flour, melted coconut oil, chopped nuts, and sea salt until crumbly.
  • Scatter the oat topping evenly over the peaches.
  • Bake for 22–25 minutes, until the top is golden and the peaches are bubbling.
  • Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Top with Greek yogurt if desired.
